DELIVERY & FARM PICKUP
Delivery Policy
Currently, we only offer farm pick-up.
Farm Pickup
Farm pick-up is available 7 days a week.
Orders placed by 5pm will be available for pickup the next day.
The order will be placed in a refrigerated cooler at the end of our driveway for you to pick up when convenient. Our address is:

If we run into issues fulfilling your order or if we are experiencing inclement weather, we'll contact you directly via email or text (if you provided your cell number) to arrange a different time for pickup.
Return & Exchange Policy
Because products are fresh produce, returns are not accepted. But, if you have any issue with your order or don't feel the product meets our quality standards, send an email to: refundrequest@theperchfarm.com with your order number and we'll issue you a refund or we'll replace your product with a fresh one.
Our goal is to provide the highest-quality produce and farm-raised products, and we want you to be satisfied with your order.
